A quick and easy breakfast recipe that kids love! If you receive WIC, this recipe can be made from all WIC-approved items.
- 2 cups of frozen fruit*
- 2 packets of instant oatmeal* (or 1/2 cup of rolled oats)
- 1 cup of vanilla flavored Greek yogurt*
- 1 cup of milk*
- 1/2 cup of fresh spinach leaves*
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high until well mixed! Serve and enjoy.
